MARKET UPDATE - July 2010

We're in the middle of some very interesting times with the current mortgage market & 30 year fixed rates floating below 4.5%!  If you're considering a 15 yr fixed rate or an ARM, you could be seeing rates below 4.0%.  For those of you too young to know, we haven't seen rates like this in about 50 years!

Many FSBO & Limited Service Listing Sellers have been contacting me asking for advice and we've had some lively conversations.  If you're a Seller looking for a REALTOR with experience, a realistic view of the current market and looking for an honest assessment of your homes' value, please contact me.  I'm here to sell your house, not just to list it and place a sign in your yard.
